FABRIC DETAILS

The majority of our fabrics are hand printed on Belgian linen which can vary slightly from dye lot to dye lot as it is a natural fiber. Part of the beauty of our fabric is that it is made from the flax plant, its color is impacted on a micro level by fluctuations in climate. A very subtle variance in dye lots is something we celebrate. We hope our clients enjoy the impeccable quality, hand-feel and hand printed element.

Custom colorways: We can color match almost any color. There is one-time setup fee of $100 with a minimum order of 10 yards.

Cut Yardage is made to order in California and ships in approximately 2-3 weeks, which is subject change. Fabric is sold in whole yards only.  3-yard minimum order required. $30.00 cut fee for whole yards under minimum.  Currently all cut yardage and custom-made pillows are considered custom and are not returnable unless damaged or defective. If an item is damaged in shipping please notify us within48 hours to arrange for a replacement item to be sent. Once an order is placed and payment is received these items are not returnable.

Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide cuttings or back-up to textile workrooms, showing correct fabric. greige textiles will only replace incorrectly shipped goods that are in pristine condition and meet their terms and conditions for returns. When fabric is cut or otherwise compromised, even though it may have been wrongly shipped, neither the seller nor the fabric manufacturer will be liable for replacement. It is IMPERATIVE that the workroom does not cut any fabrics until they have been verified by the buyer.

WALL PAPER DETAILS

Our wallpaper is made to order in the UK. We digitally print with water-based latex inks which deliver outstanding image quality, consistency, and durability. Our inks are odorless, for reduced environmental impact.

Non Woven Matte Wallpaper and Paperweave Wallpaper is made to order in UK, is sold by the 5 yard roll and is currently running 4-5 weeks for printing. Currently all wallpaper is considered custom and is not returnable unless damaged or defective. If an item is damaged in shipping please notify us within 48 hours to arrange for a replacement item to be sent. Once and order is placed and payment in received these items are not returnable.

Custom Colorways on Wallpapers: We can match almost any color please inquire via email to find out current lead time and cost.

We ship to the U.S. and internationally (additional shipping fees may apply to Hawaii, Canada and internationally please email us for additional information). International orders may incur import taxes and fees. All fees and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

REFUND POLICY

All greige textiles fabrics and wallcoverings are printed to order. Because each item is custom produced, we are unable to accept returns unless a product is found to be defective, in which case we will gladly provide a replacement.

For approved returns, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within five (5) business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed with greige textiles will ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. We will email you with any updates regarding any out of stock-delays or back ordered items.

We will determine the most efficient shipping method for your order. The carrier that we use most often is UPS, but we may also ship via FedEx ground and USPS. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. In Stock orders will ship within 3-5 business days.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional charges beyond our standard delivery fees.
